Everything was clean, breakfast was wonderful, & the staff was really nice. We stayed in a king room, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was great & only like a 10-15 minute drive to Downtown Atlanta. There were plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive.

The staff was so courteous. Everyone I encountered had a smile and was such a pleasure to work with! The accommodations were perfect and room was very clean. Breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had at a hotel. Close proximity to the Truist Stadium (6 minute drive) so we were able to catch Friday and Saturday game! Loved this whole experience saying at the best western!

To start, the outside of the building does not do the inside justice because the inside is lovely, beautiful. I loved the fact that it was pet friendly because I was traveling with my tiny 12lb dog whom I didn’t have a doggy sitter for. The room was CLEAN, it smelled nice, the bedding was CLEAN and it didn’t feel humid in the room like my previous hotel. I felt very comfortable and the bed was really comfortable and the complementary breakfast was great! The staff was friendly as well and I appreciated that. Thank you all for all your hard work to making sure the property is well kept.

As soon as we walked in the clerk at the front desk greeted us with a smile. The hotel smelled so fresh and clean. As well as the room. We had a king size bed and it was super comfy. The clerk was helpful in helping us to find a place to eat. We ended up ordering out and having it delivered. We were able to use the breakfast room as we had met friends there. The breakfast was included and it was excellent. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anyone else wanting a great place to stop for the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - the lady at the front desk even offered to help with my luggage because I was struggling with the dolly. I travel for work quite often, and everything felt a bit more modern than most other hotels priced similarly. The area felt safe, and overall the hotel was great for its value.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. And it was close to the ballpark area which is where I needed to be for work.

The room was clean. The tub appeared spotless. I loved that I had a room with a view. I was on the 2nd floor and had a pool view.. I thought of it as an unspoken upgrade. I noticed that there was a covered picnic table at the back of the facility. The breakfast was adequate. I liked that I could pour and cook my own waffle.

There was an issue with my reservation not carrying over from Booking.com, but the young lady at the counter worked diligantly to find the reservation. Once I contacted Booking.com, the support agent worked just as hard and between them they rectified the issue very quickly and I was checked in and on my way. The place is clean as a whistle and well maintained. The room was serviced beautifully, bed comfy, everything one would expect with no disappointments!

Super nice staff, quiet, and a great getaway from everyday life. Good hot breakfast. Coffee and water available all day in the lobby. A variety of snacks are available in the lobby for purchase as well. Rooms are large and spacious, plenty of outlets for charging devices, and nice comfy bed. Plenty spaces available for parking.
